This week there is a brilliant Rose Aura Quartz crystal wrapped in healing copper:

Rose aura quartz is created when layers of platinum, silver and gold are bonded to the surface of a quartz crystal, giving it a deep raspberry-rose color and enriched metaphysical energies!

Puppy has closed his ETSY shop!

Hey all! Just wanted to write a quick post to explain...after much thought, Puppy has made the executive decision to close our ETSY shop.  We have had several bad experiences where people buy things and never pay for them on that site, which cost us a lot. Then last month, another seller on the site who bought a pendant from us virtually recreated it in every detail and sold the replica in their ETSY store. Artist often take inspiration from each other, especially jewelry makers and wire wrap artists, but this was an exact replica and we didn't feel comfortable with it.  The website failed to contact us with any support after we waited for three straight weeks. We have decided it is not a safe venue for us to sell in at this time for several reasons. Because their fees were lower than Ebay's fees, were were offering items there at lower prices to pass the savings on to our shoppers. But it is very true that you get what you pay for..the lower fees have proven to show the lack of safety in this selling venue. We can no longer offer to sell our items there.

Yes, Puppy has new one-of-a-kind hand crafted items added to his store every few days. Yes, Puppy makes quality hand designed jewelry available as one cent auctions so crystals can find their way to everyone! So what is the entrepreneur pig up to now? Well, you won't believe it!

It's Puppy's Cute Pet Pix Jewelry Give-Away Contest!!!! That's right humans...cash in on your four pawed's cuteness power and get free bling from the pig!

Here's how it works: Each month, Puppy's mommy and employee will list a new crystal or gemstone creation as the give away prize. As cute pet pix are submitted, they may be posted on the site throughout the month for everyone's viewing pleasure. 


We usually post the prize early in the month to be given away the first day of the following month. Unfortunately, Puppy's only jewelry designer and employee broke her dominant arm last month and is suffering post-surgical neuropathy, so production has been slowed down considerably at Puppy Love Jewelry. Our apologies for posting the prize so late this month. To compensate and give people time to submit entries, the prize will not be awarded until Sunday, March 7 2010.


To enter and win you must:

1.) follow this blog
2.) live in the US.
3.) submit a photo entry of your pet via email (JPEG file) with the pet's name, your name, mailing address and permission to post your photo on this blog. Entries may be submitted via email to puppylovejewelry@rocketmail.com .
4.) Please submit only one entry per pet per month (if you have several pets, you can submit one picture for each of them, as long as they are CUTE pictures!).
5.) Entry deadline is midnight, Saturday March 6th 2010. Prize will be awarded on Sunday March 7th 2010.
6.) I will NEVER give your email or mailing address to anyone else. If I send out a marketing email about a sale, you may get one however I sent out a total of 4 marketing emails last year so I think its safe to say that you won't be bombarded, and if you do get anything from me it will be cute!
